Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR KIM ROSE FASHIONS, INC WEB SITE:

We truly hope you enjoy everything that you purchase from us.  In the event you have something that needs to be returned, we gladly accept Eligible Returns for full refunds within 7 days of delivery.   To begin a return, email your request to sale.kimrosefashions@yahoo.com with the receipt number, date, and the item to be returned with the appropriate reason.  We will respond within 7 days and provide instruction for you to return the items.  Kim Rose Fashions, Inc refunds the cost of the item(s) only.   We do not refund shipping and handling nor pay return freight. 

Eligible Returns must meet the following criteria:

• The merchandise

  • MUST have the Original Receipt,

  • MUST have all TAGS attached with original attachments,

  • MUST be in the condition must be the same a sold:  NEW and UNWORN,

  • MUST not have any odors.

When applying for a return, you are warranting that the merchandise is an Eligible Return.   Kim Rose will inspect the merchandise received and if it is an Eligible Return, we will process your refund with 7 days of receipt.   If the merchandise is NOT an Eligible Return, we notify you within the 7 days and allow 30 days for you to collect the merchandise.  After 30 days, Kim Rose will dispose of the Ineligible Return at their sole discretion. 

Kim Rose will not accept any returns without the authorization clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.   Packages shipped without authorization will be refused or in the event they are mistakenly accepted, we will use reasonable due diligence to contact the sender and notify of 30 days to collect the merchandise.  However, this document is the only notice Kim Rose Fashions, Inc is required to provide for merchandise shipped without proper authorization.  After 30 days, Kim Rose will dispose of the unauthorized return at their sole discretion.

Ineligible Returns include all items that do not meet the Eligible Return requirements, FINAL SALE items, intimate items such as leggings, tights, and hosiery.  Please choose intimate apparel items carefully as they are a FINAL SALE.  Contact us at 810.694.3455 if you have any questions about intimate apparel before you buy. 

FINAL SALE items include all merchandise on sale, holiday merchandise, intimate apparel, Ineligible Returns, close outs or anything noted as FINAL SALE, SALE, DISCOUNTED or the like.  Contact us at 810.694.3455 if you have any questions about Final Sale items before you buy.
